Terms of Service
1. Using 1STIN!
By creating an account or using 1STIN!, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep your login details secure and do not impersonate another person.
2. Activities and connections
Users may publish or join activities and connect through follows, messages, voice calls, and video calls. Direct communication is available only after mutual following. Hosts must provide accurate details about schedules, locations, capacity, costs, risks, and required items. Users decide whether an activity is suitable and are responsible for their own safety and conduct.
3. Voice rooms
Voice rooms last for the period shown in the app. Listeners must obtain host approval before speaking. Hosts may set topics, tags, speaker limits, and passwords, and may manage participation to keep rooms safe and on topic.
4. Community rules
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or deceive others.
- Do not share illegal, dangerous, sexually exploitative, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
- Do not spam, commit fraud, manipulate the service, or collect other users’ information without permission.
- Respect blocks, reports, host decisions, venue rules, and applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant 1STIN! a non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. You must have the right to share your content and must respect other people’s rights and privacy.
6. Coins and virtual gifts
Gold Coins are consumable digital items purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The required amount is shown before a gift is sent. Coins and gifts have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not provide contact information, speaker privileges, or a right to join an activity. Billing and eligible refunds are handled under the applicable app store rules.
7. Safety and enforcement
You can report or block users and contact us about safety concerns. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate violations, comply with law, or maintain the service.
8. Service responsibility
1STIN! provides a platform for users to connect and does not organize, supervise, or guarantee user-created activities. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes and account deletion
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using 1STIN! at any time and permanently delete your account through the app. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Japan, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to stin@gmail.com.
